Data collected through the app
We do not use advertising, third-party analytics, cross-app tracking, or an Aerodyne AI account system in the app. Study activity is stored locally on the device. If you enable iCloud for the app, Apple may synchronize app data through your private iCloud account under Apple’s terms.
Purchases and notifications
Subscriptions are processed by Apple through the App Store. Aerodyne AI does not receive your payment-card information. Study reminders are scheduled locally on the device after you grant notification permission.
Support requests
If you voluntarily contact support through our website or by email, we receive the information you choose to provide, such as your name, email address, support category, message, and optional device details. We use it only to respond to the request and troubleshoot the reported issue. We do not sell it or use it for advertising.
Support messages are retained only as reasonably necessary to resolve the request, meet legal obligations, and protect the service, then deleted. You may request deletion by contacting [email protected].
Do not send your Apple Account email, password, payment details, official test questions or screenshots, score reports, or other sensitive information.
Children’s privacy
The app does not knowingly collect personal information from children through the app. A parent or guardian should submit any support request for a child under the age required by local law.
Changes
If our data practices change, we will update this policy and its “Last updated” date before the change applies.
